Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Flow Equalizer ("the App"), developed by Androxus ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

License to Use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. The App is licensed to you, not sold.

Premium Features and Purchases

Flow Equalizer is free to download and includes ads. Some features require a premium upgrade, available as a one-time purchase and/or a recurring subscription.

  • Billing — All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your payment details.
  • Subscriptions — Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • One-time purchases — A one-time purchase unlocks the associated premium features for the account that bought it. You can restore an eligible purchase using the App's "Restore Purchases" option.
  • Refunds — Refunds are handled by Google Play in accordance with the Google Play refund policy. We do not process payments directly and therefore cannot issue refunds ourselves.
  • Changes — We may change premium features, pricing, or what is offered for free in future versions. Changes will not affect a one-time purchase you have already made.

Shared Profiles and User Content

The App lets you optionally share equalizer profiles via public links. When you share a profile, you are responsible for the content you submit (including any profile name or label).

  • Do not share content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, or that includes personal or sensitive information.
  • By sharing a profile, you grant us a license to host, store, and display that profile so it can be accessed via its link.
  • We may remove any shared profile at our discretion, including content that violates these Terms or that we receive a complaint about.

Google Drive Backup

The App offers an optional feature to back up your settings to your own private Google Drive app folder. This feature is provided "as is" for your convenience.

  • You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for any loss, corruption, or unavailability of backup data, including data stored in your Google Drive.
  • Your use of Google Drive is also subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law;
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, our backend services, or related systems;
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App or its premium features without our permission;
  • Misuse the profile-sharing feature, including by submitting harmful, fraudulent, or abusive content.

Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services, including Google Play, Google Play Billing, Google Firebase, Google AdMob, and Google Drive. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device, audio source, or media player.

Audio effects depend on your device's hardware and Android's audio APIs, and results may vary between devices. You are responsible for using the App at safe volume levels.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Androxus and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to the App and These Terms

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

These Terms apply while you use the App. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or its online features if you violate these Terms. You may end these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Androxus operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.
